Our organic coconut flour comes from handpicked coconuts grown on sustainable organic farms in Sri Lanka. This nutrient-dense flour is finely ground from dehydrated and defatted mature coconut meat. Coconut flour is an excellent non-grain alternative and is a delicious, healthy, and gluten-free substitute to traditional grain flours. Use our coconut flour as a substitute for grain flours in your baking recipes. Due to its density, it is recommended blending with a lighter flour.
