Can orders be changed after they are placed?
How long will my wholesale order take to ship?
Orders placed by 10 am CT Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10 am CT will ship the following business day.
If you are placing an industrial size order of 1600 lbs or more please allow an additional day to prepare and palletize your order.
All orders received over the weekend will ship on Monday, excluding holidays.
How will my order be shipped?
Industrial orders ship via FedEx Freight, while wholesale orders generally ship via FedEx Ground. We aim to deliver within 5 business days (not including weekends and holidays), depending on the size of the order and the delivery address.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and PO Boxes ship in Flat Rate Boxes via USPS. Flat Rate Boxes cost $17.10 each, and fit about 12-15 lbs of product.
At this time we cannot ship using customer shipping account numbers. Tracking information is sent directly from shipper the day the order ships. Sometimes this information can be routed to a junk or spam folder.
Can I expedite my order?
We can ship orders with 2 Day and Overnight shipping service, however requests to expedite orders must be received - and the additional shipping fee must be paid - before 2 pm CT the day that the order ships. Requests to expedite cannot be processed the same day if received after 2 pm CT.
What if my order is damaged or incomplete?
If your order is missing items, contains damaged items, or contains an item with a quality issue, please email service@terrasoul.com with the invoice number, photos of the damage (if applicable), and the product name(s) and size(s) that were affected or missing. If you prefer to resolve your issue via phone, give us a call at 800-458-8773 during regular business hours.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for my order?
We are happy to provide COAs for all the products we offer, however they are lot-specific and can only be issued after an order is placed and paid for. Lot code information for shipped orders is often not available until 3-5 days after an order leaves our facility. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process COA requests.
Who are you certified with?
Our organic certification is through CCOF. Our Kosher certification is with Earth Kosher. We are also Non-GMO Project Verified.
Are your products raw?
Almost all of our products are considered "raw" meaning they are low temperature processed to retain as many nutrients as possible. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the lowest temperature processing for our premium superfoods. You can also find a raw logo on the product listing. Exceptions include: Coconut Palm Sugar (not raw in nature), Sweet Cacao Nibs, Gelatinized Maca (gelatinization involves heat), Sacha Inchi (gelatinized), and our Mushroom Powders.
Why does product sometimes vary order to order?
As with any minimally processed organic food, there can be a natural variance in color, scent, or flavor profile from crop to crop. If you feel that your product is outside of this normal variance, you can call in and speak to our customer service team and we would be glad to answer any questions.
